"The property is out dated. If you are looking for something special this is not it. The carpet is in very bad shape. The kitchen is good. The bedrooms are a good size. The fact that it sleeps 6 makes it more reasonable. There are lots of stairs. The kitchen and living room are on the third floor. There is plenty of parking. It was also quiet."

"This is a case of you get what you pay for. Although the staff was great,the property itself truly needs updating. No exhaust fans in the bathroom has lead to a mold problem as well as what looked like mold on the ceiling of our room. The closest ice machine was out if order as well. The beds slept well. We probably won't stay again, but you live and you learn."

"Jet spa was nice and warm on a cooler spring weekend but the jets were not working. Pool was clean but cool. The Lifesaving Station food was good and the wait staff was great! Fireplace in our room did not work and despite notifying staff on Friday evening when we arrived, no one ever came to work on it by the time we left Sunday at lunch time. The resort hosted a fairly large (200 guest?) wedding Saturday, and there was a lot of trash left all over Sunday morning. "

"Comparing it to other places that do not charge to bring a pet this place was awesome staff was friendly place was clean enough the room was very very clean it had a water review that was very Scenic if you looked at the right direction yeah like I said all the staff were friendly everybody said hello parking lot was well late I would definitely stay there again the nice part is it was walking distance to the old part of downtown"
