"The staff were very helpful and accommodating however, there were some items in the room that were broken. Waiting for extra pillows or cribs can take a while. The coffee in the morning was always cold."
"The room was unclean. Hair was seen in the shower and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Upon arrival to the room, garbage against the room door was our welcome gift. Trash was overflowing from the receptacles within the breakfast room. I do not recommend. Pictures of rooms on Expedia do not match the actual rooms."
"The room smell like urine, bedsheets were ripped everywhere. Was very itchy all night, not sure if it was the type of sheets or if something was biting us.. although I didn't see anything crawling. The beds were NOT queen or double more like singles. Been to many hotels and first time we were not able to fit comfortably in the bed for how small it was. I dont think best western will be in my options anymore. Breakfast was ok."
"We stay this hotel for 2 nights, first our AC doesn’t work and it was really hot. We stayed on the 2nd floor and ppl on upstairs were so noisy until 1 am and we had to go tell front desk.
Staff were friendly they come to fix AC but it still doesn’t work.
House cleaning never cleaned our room, our body wash was empty we asked but never get refilled.
Parking lot was great."
"They ignore you don't bother sending messages or trying to contact them and the property felt dirty don't bother sleeping in the morning either the cleaning equipment is so loud and there is a lot of noise outside"
"Needs to add shuttle service from ORD OR JUST TELL PEOPLE HOW TO USE THR BLUE LINE AND THE BUSS TO GET THERE ON THEIR WEBSITE. in fact given the crowded place where the shuttles run, the $5 for s day pass for the cta is a deal."
