However, the air conditioning wasn't working so they quickly moved us to another quad room on the 4th floor. The space worked great for my family of 4 adults. "The hotel is in the heart of the downtown and is easily accessible to all the restaurants, cloud gate, and other attractions. Best of all, the staff is amazing and friendly starting from front desk to room service. They made my stay a very pleasant one. The only thing that was missing in the room is a comfortable couch. I wish they gave a mini couch/table or something instead of chair/table to sit and eat comfortably but that’s not biggie! Love it! Thank You Hyatt!! I would surely recommend...
