"We arrived after the front desk had closed, but picking up our key from the lockbox was easy. Our room appeared to have been recently renovated and was clean and comfortable. The only issue was a leak in the shower ceiling. The town’s hot springs are just beyond the pool and are open 24/7. A few of the pools are extremely hot, so pay attention to the temperatures before getting in. We were only here for one night, so we didn’t have much opportunity to explore. I wouldn’t make a special trip just to stay in Saratoga again, but for an overnight stop, it was a solid choice."

"An absolutely unique stay, a piece of history frozen in time in the middle of nowhere. For sitting still and appreciating the beauty of the moment past. We stayed in the Owen Suite, which was filled with beautiful historical pieces. Across from the hotel is a small, but a very interesting museum very much worth visiting (and you can buy there a novel, which hotel is named for, The Virginian by Owen Wister). The guys, Jay and Jacoby, who are taking care of the hotel and renovating it are beyond cool and are very helpful! Jay, in addition, is a mean cook and the breakfast he made was fantastic! This place was a highlight during our road trip from Montana to Colorado!"
