"We stayed here for one night to break up a long drive, and overall it was a decent experience. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of plants and gardens, and it looks like the host is continually improving and adding to the space. The room was clean and comfortable once we got settled. When we arrived, it appeared the room hadn’t been cleaned yet, but after reaching out to Steven, he responded immediately and had his housekeeper come take care of it right away. "Didn't have breakfast. Inn was very deserted. Had to call maintenance to fix curtains and tv. Chairs n rugs worn and stained. Reception, maid, and maintenance man all nice and helpful."

"This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival. Ther is a great restaurant next door."

"There aren’t a lot of hotel options so I found myself here, and the value of what I paid was pretty lacking. This hotel was fairly subpar for a BW Plus. What matter is the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is walkable to Uptown Kingston. I didn’t like that my one window was interior facing to this weird natatorium courtyard, where the pool and gym were. It smelled like chlorine. The gym had a set of dumbbells but every weight category was missing except for 35, 40, 45, 50 lbs. The...

"We arrived in the hotel wet from the rain and was welcomed by Zachary Lancaster who was i think drunk and told that he would check the room if the room is cleaned and available while he made us wait for more than 30 minutes he never came back. Glad that there was someone to check us in. But very disappointed with this person and hope it never happens to the next guest. I hope Zachary Lancaster faces consequences with this behavior."

"To be honest I was surprised that upon entry I went downstairs to the room, but as the property is on a hill it is not a basement room. It’s Kingston and it’s a historic property - the landlords have done a lovely job, the room was well appointed, and the team were wonderfully helpful and responsive, and helped me with my bags. Parking on site was helpful. And I even did a load of laundry while there."
