"Robert was at the front desk when we checked in. We were very impressed with his helpful, friendly, and kind personality. He was very observant, and answered all our questions. He made us feel very comfortable right off the bat. First impressions can make a lifelong relationship with the consumer and the business. He did that very well, deserves recognition for his quality customer service.
The bed was comfortable.
The room was very cozy. It was spacious. The sound in the room did not carry out to the point that the next room could hear my TV, my music, or my conversation. That's huge! Thank you for that.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, a full size refrigerator. All the things that could help the consumer save money while out of town or on vacation. Most of the population in the United States is struggling financially and this is another plus to staying at Staybridge suites by IHG.
The pool was heated to the perfect temperature that I actually stayed in the pool for almost an hour. This makes it more enjoyable for an adult who may not be comfortable using the pool due to physical ailments (ex. arthritis).
