"Our room was cold because they had the air on and could t switch tween air and heat. So we had to have a heater in our room. Also we were supposed to have a room with a fridge and didn’t have one."

"Our family loved our stay. The lobby is gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the plumbing. When the folks above us ran their shower the pipes made a loud banging noise that made it hard to sleep. "

"Clean room, very nice staff when we checked in! We really enjoyed the bar in the lobby before the concert then definitely after with Zombie Taco and the bar still open until 1 AM. "

"Hotel was clean and exactly as listed! Breakfast was perfect with waffles, eggs, French toast, cereal, yogurt and various breads. The bar tender, Stephen, was amazing!!!! He offered suggestions as to some great places to visit and also made fantastic cocktails! This hotel was only a few blocks from 4th Street Live! Great place to stay! Will definitely be going back! "Room hot. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Maintenance called. They had to pull filter. It was black with filth. Very dangerous health hazard. Did not replace filter. Had to sleep without filter in air conditioner. Also dangerous health hazard."
