When I first looked it up, I saw some older reviews that were negative, but those were from years ago when the building wasn’t finished. Now, it’s a beautifully built place—spotlessly clean, no bugs (which can be an issue in Ella), with a comfortable bed, spacious room, and a pristine bathroom. Everything was just perfect. But the real highlight was the view. From the balcony, I saw the most breathtaking sunrises and panoramas you can find in Ella. The service was outstanding. Priyanath and his team, including the chef and another staff member, were incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to meet my requests—whether it was arranging a budget-friendly car service or responding quickly on WhatsApp. Even the owner was always available and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting in the future. It’s a hidden gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back "

The building is modern yet blends beautifully with the natural surroundings, giving it both comfort and charm. My room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The attention to cleanliness and detail was evident throughout the property. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with genuine smiles. Their professionalism and friendliness made the experience feel personalized and special. The food was also excellent, with fresh and flavorful options that exceeded my expectations for a boutique-style property. "Very peaceful. The owner and family is very nice and hospitalable. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The difficulty is getting to the property is no tuk tuk can get you there unless you pay 1,500+ rupees. You can save yourself the headache if you take the stairs. 150km of stairs. Travel light and enjoy a nice workout! If you're looking to enjoy the peaceful beauty of Ella right in the heart of the mountains this is it. Enjoy the adventure! "

"The view was amazing at Belmont it was absolutely breath taking and the rooms and washrooms were very clean. The breakfast was good as well. The only caution to look out for it there’s bugs that come in the room at night through the door to the balcony if there’s so hidden spaces, but if u stuff a bag or something in those spaces it should be okay. "
