"First assigned room was not cleaned yet. Second set was better. We asked for adjoining rooms but we did not receive assigned rooms on either try. staff had no idea which rooms adjoined, so we gave up. Mattresses were terrible with springs poking and noisy. Air conditioning was extremely noisy. Cannot recommend even though staff was nice."

"Room is fair. Property is you get what you pay for. The staff is wonderful. The exterior can't be mentioned as there is a lot of construction in the area. If you're traveling alone for work and need a bed then this does fine. It could use an overhaul. "

"We chose this location for the advertised ocean view knowing it was not quite as modern as some of the other choices. We had two rooms that were both quite rundown. The floors were so bad that I didn’t want to take my shoes off at all throughout the stay. The tiles shifted and had large, ugly and frankly unsafe gaps. There was damage to the ceiling that could’ve been fixed in 10 minutes by any average person. There was mold on the ceiling in one bathroom, and mold in one of the coffee makers. The view is nothing like advertised, at best a sliver of the ocean. The staff was really kind, but I was happy to leave this location."
