"Not sure but house keeping in the last few days were not up to the standards, did not replace used coffees or cups. Had to ask for it. Also not enough towels were left in the bathroom, even though room was booked for four people. Again had to ask ourselves."

"Wish we knew there was a seaweed problem. Could not use the beach. Wish we knew more about the daily $70 resort fee and the daily 13% resort fee tax. It was a complete surprise to us when checking out. It includes some stuff that we didn’t know about therefore we never got to take advantage of it."
