"I have to call 24 hours prior to my trip to find out that the apartment is flooded and I should feel free to cancel and do whatever instead. I was giving another apartment and when I showed up it was 100°. It was not cold and the door would not close. Do not rent from those people. It's a scam"

"This place is one of worst apartments we have rented from. Per email we’re supposed to have code for the key box 72 hours. Then it said 30 mins before check in. No code was ever given. We had to then call 4 numbers to even a property manager to let us in. When you walked into apartment all you could smell was weed. We finally got into apartment at 345. We change clothes and head to pool for an hour. Which there is no signage or map to property any where. Mind this is why rented this...

"There were a few things that needed attention. The bathroom faucet was broke and spewed water everywhere if you turned it on just a little too hard. There was only one TV remote and the battery cover was broke. That being said it was an enjoyable stay and location was convient."

"This hotel will ask for a lot of your information via email communication; that is due to the fact that they dont have an office. Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. However, the dated halls and stained carpets were like you were walking into a foreign land from the lobby where the Hilton is. The hotel was late in sending me the check in...
