"The rooms are old and dirty. Lots of dead and live roaches. (GOT VIDEOS) There's no plug for the tub (room121 atleast) it had a very slow drain. They advertise breakfast but it's a contenental bag given with nothing you would eat. Renovation going on till 2am. Had to complain to front desk for it to stop. I don't understand why you would put someone in the room directly under all that noise. Was told I could leave but they don't give refunds. Suffering for 4 days, worst vacation ever."

"Staff were very helpful and kind. There was a cigarette smell in the room. Bed made some noise. The location (walking distance to the stadium) was excellent and it is the main reason to pay what I paid. Coffee was good and they provided with water. Not so many things to do around if you are not driving."

"We stayed here for one night. Based on the photos and some of the reviews, it looked like a good place to stay. However, the room had a strange smell, there were cockroaches and ants, the bathroom was very outdated, and parts of the floor were cracked. The shower didn’t work very well, and the showerhead was extremely old. At checkout, I had to carefully inspect all of my belongings to make sure I wasn’t taking any cockroaches home with me."

"Horrible customer service.. the staff is locked behind bulletproof glass. The entrance to lobby is closed at night. Not a bad location next to shopping and food spots"

"The only good part of our stay was how close to the stadium we were. Room was dirty bathroom had mold and rust spot in tub. Outside looked bad we didn’t know it was still in operation at first. Will choose a different hotel next time we go the stadium"

"No shower curtain, it smelled like old carpet. Not worth the money I spent. They had given a worst room than what I paid for. I will not be staying at this place ever again."
