"Upon coming up to the property-it looks like it should be condemned. The metal stairs and surrounding metal pieces and railings were all rusted....in the room - the baseboards were all cracked and coming off the walls. It took over 1/2 hour for the water 2 drain out of the tub after I took a shower. The curtain on the window was falling off..."

"I did not have any pets, but I know of someone who lived there with a pet. Room was generally clean, but found snack wrapper in corner of room. Air conditioner was effective, but kind of loud. No place for soap, shampoo, etc. in shower except on the floor. Had a hard time getting cold water from the sink. Bed was very comfortable, and, despite feeling pretty isolated (I think I was the only guest), I felt safe and secure. Place was well- lit and quiet."
