"The greeting was warm and all staff were polite. Parked out front to bring the bags in and left the cars until we got settled. Came back, parked the car underneath the block and brought the elevator back up. There was no valet, but the self park is super easy. The corner room was spacious and well appointed. It's a great hotel in the centre part of the city."

"There’s a Starbucks on the property but it’s not like the corporate Starbucks. They made me a Chai tea latte with oat milk, and it was “burnt”. The base mix they also used came from a jug - not the Starbucks base. Tasted awful, I had to throw it out I couldn’t drink it. The hotel was clean, hot tub is the kind that shoots water up at the edges. The room attendant did a great job, we were there 2 nights. Breakfast buffet was just ok."

"We’ve stayed here several times the staff at the front desk is always very nice. Very helpful willing to do above and beyond for you. The rooms are compact clean have everything you need. It’s in a good area usually has great available parking. We will stay every time we go to Minneapolis."
