No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. "The hotel is in a quiet location with free parking. At check in the host gave us a menu for the restaurant on site. He said to pick anything on the menu and he would cook it for us. We are so glad we took him up on his offer as the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was really good too. "
