Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck. I was given ice. I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses). "Hotel is located close to the center city and lake which is nice and it has parking on site at a reasonable rate. The web site for the hotel does not indicate you need to use a different address to get there is you are using Google maps (which the desk staff is clearly aware of) so it was frustrating to drive around for an extra half hour trying to get there. The desk staff was somewhat dismissive and off putting but the hotel itself was nice."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering the price. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mold growing around the bathtub. The tub was also so small and awkwardly designed that there was barely enough room to stand for a shower. We practically had to squat to wash ourselves. "The hotel is nice and clean. It has the most comfortable bed and pillows. It also has AC!!! Even though the hotel doesn’t seem to be as close to airport. It is easy accessible by tram. And when you need to leave, they offer a shuttle service to the airport. It was a great stay for us!"

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir konnten nicht bis 23 Uhr einchecken, da wurde uns sehr unbürokratisch geholfen, damit wir ins Hotel kommen könnten. Das Hotel ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen, direkt an einer Schnellstraße. In der Nähe ist, außer ein großes Einkaufszentrum , nicht so viel. Das Frühstück ist sehr französisch, also eher eine Kleinigkeit"

"This is a horrible place. The first room the dirty towels and unmade bed shocked me. The room we next got had been prepared but the carpet was so dirty around 50% was actually black, the clean towels had stains. The staff are ok. The air conditioning works. The price for what it is is ridiculous. I will never use this hotel again. There is parking in the station car park but it’s very tight and there are dubious people hanging around."
