I was told it should be back in my account within 24 hours. 48 hours later it still isn’t returned. Just called the hotel again and was told it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to take place. "Front desk was very helpful when checking in. Lady working in the breakfast area was very kind & informative."

"The staff was rude for example: front desk did not acknowledge me when I arrived. I had to initiate the conversation. The overall staff was not friendly at all. The sofa bed in the room was very soiled and my son was not able to sleep on it. The room was very dusty, triggering our allergies. Also, there was hair all over in the bathroom. I couldn't wait to leave to get back home."

We had a small issue one day getting back into our room because the key scanner thing needed new batteries but they fixed it promptly! The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was great both days. If we’re ever back in Greensboro we will be staying here again!"
