"First off don't expect Hot fresh coffee! My family and I went to the lobby to grab coffee and tye coffee was COLD!!! Asked the lady at the front about the coffee (this was at 8:30pm) she stated she just clocked in at 3pm and hadn't made a fresh pot for either coffee meaning Strong, Decaf and light coffee until 9pm!! Why?? She was NOT FRIENDLY at all!! Again for breakfast the lady there this morning (9am) had not finished brewing the coffee which we drink Strong and that coffee hadn't been brewed...

"The room was fairly clean.We did find a water bottle top on our mattress. This property is severely understaffed. There was one woman working, she was cleaning rooms tending to anyone who called and needed help. While check in was not until three p m. We did arrive at one thirty and there were no rooms available.I have never experienced that in any other hotel. Regarding amenities, there was no shampoo or body wash in the containers in the shower.
