"Clean room Great and friendly staff"

"I called the front office complaining that the AC wasn't working right she barely spoke English and told me there's been no complaints and that the air conditioner works I just asked if she could move me rooms and she said no sorry. so basically I just checked in about half an hour to an hour ago and I'm stuck with this room without AC she didn't even offer me a credit or anything to help me. not only that it was still kind of dirty in here I found pieces of hair on the sink and on the walls luckily I bring wipes everywhere I go. I definitely am very unhappy with this stay. I have stayed here once before and it wasn't this bad but the fact that she didn't want to help me and I'm stuck without AC is just a no-go for me ever again"

"Breakfast was fine, all three staff members I encountered were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. I can’t wait until my next visit."

"Rooms are very nicely renovated. Tv could mirror image off my phone. The room floor was alittle dirty, but nothing that would ruin our stay. Water bottle filler in lobby next to bathroom. That is really important in hotels, we're very happy to see tgat. We drink lots of water. Rooms are very spacious now, with them taking the table out of the middle of the floor. You could put a small army in there. Thank you for our stay, late night staff was very friendly and helpful. Checkout was very easy and extremely pleasant."
