"Night front desk staff was terribly rude and ignorant at time of check in and told me I had a certain time to check in to my room or else the reservation would be void then when I get there at said time he required, he then told me I could of checked you in at anytime. At this point I already left early from my dinner with clients to check in when there was no time restriction in the first place. Incompetent ignorant unprofessional overnight staff."

"We arrived on Friday, May 1st, to check in with a reservation for a king-size bed. Upon arrival, the front desk employee (a female staff member whose name I did not catch) informed us that no king-size bedrooms were available, while making no apparent effort to explore alternative options. Fortunately, another front desk employee, Michael, overheard the conversation and suggested checking for an accessible room so we could still have a king-size bed. Thanks to Michael’s initiative, we were able to secure a room that met our original reservation and slept comfortably. Without his assistance, we would have been placed in a room with full-size beds. On Sunday morning, I went to the Red bar/restaurant to get a cup of coffee to go before heading to the hot tub. A female host approached me, and when I asked for coffee, she directed me to go outside to the golf course snack shack instead of assisting me at the hotel restaurant. Fortunately, another staff member, Rogelio, stepped in and kindly offered to help. When I asked him for a coffee to go, he responded promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service. I appreciate the help from Michael and Rogelio; my experience with other staff members was disappointing and inconsistent with what I expect from a resort of this caliber."

"Checking in was alright. I booked two rooms for my family and I. The front desk host who checked me in held my ID hostage until I saw the rooms which I found odd. I had to request a new room because one of the rooms had stains all over the place, scratches/holes on the wall, and the toilet was dirty. The new room we got didn’t have a comforter/blanket for the bed. There was no phone to call the front desk so we had to go ask. When we did, they only provided a sheet blanket- not a comforter. In the morning we found cockroaches in the room. The shower rod was not secure and fell down multiple times. Towels weren’t available in the morning, when we needed another one. The staff was nice but the place itself was not it. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend."

"Parking was ok. This place was dirty, they have a pool and hot tub but niether worked. In case you miss it on the website, they want to hold $100 CASH until you check out."

"The staff had the front door locked everytime we arrived even in the middle of the day. The breakfast was just a step above a continental breakfast. The staff and guest were in a yelling match in the parking lot for over and hour."
