"I recently stayed for 5 nights at SO/Bangkok and had a fantastic overall experience. The views from the room overlooking Lumphini Park and the city skyline were absolutely stunning — waking up to that every day was a highlight of the trip. The pool area is beautiful, with an amazing atmosphere and incredible views that make it hard to leave. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality that set a perfect tone for the day. A special mention goes to the staff, especially at the Club Lounge. The service there was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make the stay feel special and comfortable. That said, one area that could use improvement is the condition of the rooms. While still comfortable, there are noticeable signs of wear and tear that you wouldn’t quite expect from a 5-star hotel. With a bit more maintenance and upkeep, the experience could easily match the high standard set by the service and facilities. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its views, service, and amenities, and I would happily return."

"This property is nice but a bit far from major attractions. We did run into some flooding from our shower and they fixed it right away. As an apology, they gave us dehydrated strawberries and a lovely note. The hotel was clean and the rooftop patio was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel."
