"The property itself was nice and well maintained. My room was subpar. The sheets were dingy, the towels were hard. The walls had holes in it. The bed was broke and sloped on one side. The air unit was leaking and had water stains on the wall. I was not happy with my room. It was also to much furniture for such a tiny room. The shower had some mold on the shower ceiling or it needed a good cleaning. For the property to be so nice that particular apartment needs some work and upgrades. "

"This being my third visit to Pelican, several of the staff I met earlier greeted me and it was almost like extended family. The physical layout was nice before and even better now. Our suite was very comfortable and spacious; it had a great kitchen and separate place to work at a desk. The quiet rooms and serene atrium are a peaceful contrast to the noise that fills much of the city and beyond. Service was great--the only improvement area is the front desk needs to have change available for people paying in cash (plus to provide for tips, etc.)."

I’m a single Senior female traveling alone and Gloria went over and beyond her duties making sure I was safe and comfortable 🥰 I will definitely be back next year, I had a Great 2 weeks lodging experience there. "Becky was so lovely and very supportive. So far this is the best experience I’ve ever had traveling around the globe. Becky made me feel so special. Anytime I need to ask for something, she’s always available for me. The room cleaners were so polite, friendly and lovely. I will choose this place million times. Becky and her team are the best. The security guys also gave an excellent and exceptional service. These guys would not even allow me to carry my own stuff. They always carry my stuff to the elevator door regardless of how heavy it is. Best experience ever in my life. I have been at the property before and had an awesome experience but this visit’s experience was a top notch. Am already missing the the place. I love ❤️ Becky and her team. "Amazing property, very peaceful. I loved the layout of the apartment and it was very clean. The host was very helpful. Good location 10-15 mins to get to all hotspots. Would be definitely book again if I stayed in Ghana. "
