"Title: Exceptional allergy-friendly service — a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the team at went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My husband has a serious detergent allergy, and the hotel not only provided special hypoallergenic sheets but made sure every member of the housekeeping staff strictly adhered to our request. That attention to detail gave us real peace of mind. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The rooms and...

"Amazing friendly staff, So helpful and attentive ! They catered to our every need. Hotel also provides transport to the nearby shopping malls. Especially Peter Ndlovu! He was amazing ! Even when we were hungry, He cooked up some sandwiches for us."

"The staff was great and professional"

"I have booked Next To Apartment Hotel a number of times, and I cannot fault the experience. The warm welcome and professionalism of the reception and security staff absolutely make it worth the stay. They genuinely cannot do enough for guests, and provide a first class service each time. Whitness and Thabang, and Thapelo and Karabo - you guys should all be incredibly proud of yourselves. Thank you for always making us feel so welcome! Until next time!"

"I had a wonderful stay, they made me feel at home"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food was woooow. It was clean 👌"

"The room was not clean. After telling the front desk thr came to the toilet. But after being in the room saw how the sheets were not clean bins not emptyed dust everywhere. Restaurant service was terrible. The food i ordered was raw. Even after waiting 1 hour for the food. Overall very disappointing. I have stayed at the town lodge many times but this time was terrible "

"Well-located, but definitely a 3-start. Staff unwilling to make accommodations - electrician came late at night and instead of putting us in another room, we had to wait around while he was working in the room. So not really client-focused. Shower in room was walled off with rhino wall, missing a door completely. No basin in area of shower, had to use basin under the staircase where the toilet is. Spacious though. Cant use the TV as it is blocked by the refrigerator."

"Beautiful and calming place"

"It is an excellent Guesthouse, home away from home feeling. Very friendly and helpfull staff with everything you need and they are very helpful. The breakfast is value for money and definitely 👌!! Will always book in at Pebble Fountain when we need accommodation in Pretoria. "

"good"

"The property is safe and in a well kept area that also feels safe. Most basic amenities and essential items were available. "

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed at, nowhere near what is advertised. Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place."
