"The check in was amazing. Calvin was super helpful. The room was huge and had everything I needed. Being able to print in the room was a life saver! The only issue that I had was with the indoor parking. It's very tight and having items from the renovations stored in the garage made it even more crampt. Highly recommend and I will stay there again if I am in Ottawa again."

"First two nights there was no house keeping. I was told the hotel didn’t have enough linen to change the bedding and also they were short staffed. This was felt at check in, I wasn’t able to check in until 4pm which was incredibly frustrating as I needed the room to change for a conference. Check out is 11am so they had plenty of time to clean the rooms. I got the impression they only had a couple of people working in house keeping. The room was nice and spacious and breakfast was nice. Location was very central and good for amenities. Lots of homeless in Ottawa in general so wasn’t the nicest place to walk at night. We saw someone getting arrested outside the hotel door."

"The room is clean, staff is friendly. It would be nice if there was some bath products. This is one of the few hotels that I notice doesn’t have body lotion or toiletries. The location is great being next to the Byward market. The only down side is there are a lot of street vagrants and drug use. "

"Checked me into a different room than what I booked, then overcharged me for it. After Expedia stepped in, they issued a refund but on the wrong credit card. No response when I ask for an accurate receipt and charge as this is a business trip. Last time I stay there, very unfortunate. This used to be a go-to."
