"This hotel/resort is all about location. It's location is prime, right on long sands beach. All 3rd floor rooms have balconies that overlook the beach and ocean. The best sunrise in York is right outside your hotel doors. The 3rd floor rooms are a bit small and dated but we only slept there...too much to do around the area. Finally, the pool areas are fantastic. Service was top notch."

"The property is perfectly located to enjoy long and short beach. We enjoyed the Chapman’s tavern, walking the beach across the street from the inn and the shipman’s pub. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others."

Cute modern mini fridge and tiny kitchenette with sink, microwave and Kurig with couple of k-kups - all you need for a few days stay. We loved our stay and I would book there again with no hesitation. Though couple of things I would change. Starbucks in the lobby- is open only till 11am. It would be great if it was available in the afternoon, like, let’s say, till 3 or 4 pm. Shower head- rain style-...

"The property was old, dingy and very dated. Dirty carpets, rusted light fixtures, bed linens ripped, stained and towels were old, dirty and discolored. Everything was about 60 years old with no updates. Location was great but would NOT recommend staying here. There are 3 other updated hotels similar price next to this one."
