"We arrived early at the property to meet our friend and were planning on going out to lunch before checking in, but I ended up having the beginning of a medical episode. Ive had 1 brain surgery, 2 brain stents and get presyncope/pass out randomly and need to lay down, feet up for minutes to hours. Our room wasn’t ready since we were there a few hours earlier and Heather quickly found an open suite and allowed us to go in immediately. We were so grateful for her understanding and hospitality. It gets overwhelming when I’m in public and need to lay on the floor so getting into the room helped immensely. Also, the suite we were in had full ceiling to floor closet door mirrors. For those who fatigue easily and need to sit while putting lotion/make up/ doing hair, it was perfect. Normally the hotels I’ve been to require you to stand to see the mirror.
Beyond that, all of the employees were so nice! There is free hot breakfast with so much food to pick from. There was coffee, tea and hot cocoa available throughout the day. And the front desk provided free water and cookies with our stay. The pool is open from 10am to 10pm and they have the chair for those with disabilities to enter the water. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through!"
