"Check in was a nightmare. The instructions I received to collect the keys sent me to the wrong place. Luckily the lady there was so helpful and she told me where to go. Once checked in I couldn’t find the entrance to the property or the garage. I had to ask a shop keeper to tell me where the garage was. The apartment was very good and had just been renovated. "The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. "Los encargados de la propiedad me cambiaron de apartamento con pocos días de anticipación a mi llegada. Les expliqué la razón por la cual me debía quedar en la locación original pero no les importó, ya que sobrevendieron ese espacio. Me mandaron a un lugar 20 km de distancia de donde iba a realizar mis actividades. Es una completa decepción, espero que a nadie más le hagan lo mismo ya que arruinaron mi estancia en Andorra. Una vergüenza!!"
