"This was our first stop in our road trip across the country and it really hasn’t been beat. The room we got was huge with a full kitchen, two seating areas, a king sized bed and a balcony with a view of the lake. They even gave us a bottle of wine for being VIP members. What surprised me the most though was how clean this room was. It’s a huge space, but everything was spotless. This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever had in North America. "The rooms weren’t clean! Staff gave me a dirty room!! I had to go down to the office and ask for another room! I asked again if I could have a room on the lower floor! Staff said no!! Put me in another room on the upper floor! The staff were horrible I had asked, for a room on the bottom for medical reasons! Not able to climb stairs! Staff put me on the upper floor! "It looked like they had renovated the rooms, but not recently, but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I did not get to try the pool, but it looked fine. The breakfast could have used some protein though. The waffles and muffins were good, the coffee was fresh, and the orange juice was kept in the small fridge with the milk for cerial and the yogurt. A few hard boiled eggs would have been a good compliment to all the carbs. The staff were nice to deal with as well."

"The property was lovely . Some suggestions to help my stay be more comfortable would be instructions for how to use air conditioner . A small table lamp or clock beside the bed would be helpful . Also a box of Kleenex so not having to use bathroom toilet paper . A small tv tray or table and one small comfortable chair would also be nice for times when too hot to comfortably sit outside . Also a window that could open for night cool air would be lovely ! Overall a nice little space for a place...
