"They had mold on their water dispenser glass jar. We told the front and it was not cleaned three days later. The pool area is used daily by the same group of people apparently (who are NOT guest!!). One of them was recording the pool area (we were very unhappy). They had no washer and dryer soaps etc. The AC did not work…"
