"Great hotel. From the moment we arrived to check out, the staff were top rate - every single person encountered was pleasant, smiley, not just willing, but wanting, to help make the stay better. Could not ask for more. We booked an exec room and was on the 20th floor. Amazing views. Big room, really comfortable bed, big bathroom, top quality amenities. There's a great coffee shop on the ground floor, as well as the buffet breakfast area. Nightclub in the basement but that did not affect us....

"Wonderful property in middle of Kolkata. Staff, room , dining opportunities excellent. Only negative is that there is nothing much within walking distance and is below elevated highway. "
