Hotel dekat Taman Nicco

"The property is GREAT, we loved the amenities (tennis court, pool, sauna, gym). The staff is incredible in all of the amenities, always very helpful with water, towels, whatnot. SPECIAL KUDOS to the BREAKFAST staff, they literally made our every morning by securing the best table for us, always remembering how we take our coffees and eggs and being most respectful with big smiles. Btw breakfast is a 5* buffet that is definitely worth selecting as part of your package. We stayed at the property...

"The amenities were not at par as per star rating"

"Rest room shaver, charging point and switches in bed center , Break fast items "

"The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication."

"Loved the bathtub! That was beautiful! The staff were nice, shops nearby, and good food spots too. Loved it!"

"The property was great, the staffs were very welcoming. They infact greeted us with welcome drinks. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Worth every penny. Will visit again!!"

"近くにメトロの駅もあるので街の中心に行きやすい。大通りに面してないので夜もコルカタの中では静かな方だと思う。 朝食は少し時間はかかるが頼めば作って部屋まで持ってきてくれる。 近所に遅くまでやってる欧米スタイルのカフェが2軒あって便利だった。"

"It's good place to stay ."
