"STAY AWAY FROM THUS PLACE! I stayed in Apartment 5-2-Birds Nest at the Golden Roof Apartments by Penz, which are owned and managed by Stage 12 Hotel.
The biggest issue was that the apartment was extremely hot, even though it was raining outside and the temperature was only about 18°C. We opened all the windows and used the two fans provided, but the apartment never cooled down. A Stage 12 staff member even brought us an additional fan and confirmed that the apartment was excessively hot.

"Stayed here for one night. Room was spacious, new, and fairly clean. However, when we booked this property on Expedia it was unclear that this hotel does not have any reception or staff on site. It was not clearly listed in the description. Also some of the images used made it appear that there were amenities at the hotel which were not present. "The location is the best BUT the check in process bit confusing and also we were assigned to the first floor unit , it s quoet dosappointing as the unit literally side by side with the street ( if we open the window its literally people can jump in ) and its so noisy . But if we closed the window the air inside the room is very stuffy … also the rain shower is broken
In short I reccomend this apt just for the location ( just across the oldtown) other than that dont expect much
