"Hotel located in the heart of the old city with access to almost everything. Service and staff were attentive and helped us with an issue immediately. Rooms are small but clean. I recommend you stay in a room with sea view. If you have a car, it is almost impossible to find street parking yet the hotel has their own and they will park it for you"

"Posizione ottima a 100 metri dal centro città. Possibilità di parcheggiare accanto all'albergo o nei dintorni secondo la disponibilità dei posti. Per raggiungere la struttura bisogna percorrere strade piuttosto strette. Il titolare è una persona molto disponibile e simpatica e soddisfa ogni necessità. Ottima e varia la colazione. La camera sulla strada è un po' rumorosa per il passaggio di motorini ma al secondo giorno ci si abitua."

"Séjour tout simplement merveilleux avec des hôtes plus que serviables. Conduire jusqu’à l’hôtel à été fort difficile, tellement que nous avons simplement stationné la voiture dans une rue et nous sommes partis à pied. Google map voulait nous faire passer dans des rues qui ont des escaliers. Arrivé à l’hôtel, ils ont pris nos clefs et sont allés chercher notre voiture. Si nous serions allés à pied, le chemin aurait été vraiment plus simple. Sur la rue principale à Kusadasi, il y a une affiche...

"The property was beautiful, clean, bright and spacious with a great view from the balcony. Having a kitchenette was a huge bonus for a hotel room. More than anything was the great hospitality from the staff, especially the owner, Orhan who met us late at night, helped us with the luggage and personally took us to the House of Virgin Mary and advised us how best to visit Ephesus. Can’t recommend the property enough and definitely will stay again."

"Sadly this hotel was not of the quality one would expect by the price and advertising. Overall feel was cold and distant…rooms were small and the single beds substantially more narrow than standard single. There were strange “rules” like no outside food or drink (yet there wasn’t even milk provided for in-room coffee), and a €10 if you lose the plastic key card…what? Turns out Breakfast was expensive and be sure to ask if it’s included because the front desk told us when and where but not that...

"I don't know if the pool was opened. Raining buckets. Breakfast had reasonable selection They made eggs for me. Hard boiled was available but, also asked and cooked hot eggs. Lady manning the Breakfast was really nice and helpful ."

"Gultepe Apartments was a highlight of our trip. The gardens were beautiful and the brothers were so kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and kept us full for hours. It is in walking distance to the beach, a store and a pharmacy. We would definitely book again. Thank you to the Gultepes for their amazing hospitality!"
