"The property was extremely busy with many families staying for a kids lacrosse tournament. The lobby was very noisy but the room was quiet and we'll appointed. The included breakfast was a nice benefit. Convenient location for Battle od Monmouth reenactment."

"We had a rough day before arriving. The hospitality just wasn’t there. It was almost like the person on the home was telling me F you with a smile on her face. We got to the room where there were had marks everywhere. My daughter picked up and almost ate candy that was left on the floor before we got there. I tried to look past all of that until I opened the window to look outside where I saw 2 Rats running around."

"The rooms are clean, but when I walked in the room had a funky smell. Thankfully the AC worked and circulated most of it out. The sink also had sewer gas smell coming out of it, which never went away. Overall not a good place to rest your head be gone."

We did go the front desk and explain why the front desk lady was very understanding and the manager on the phone agreed it was ok to leave and we would be reimbursed. The front of the location did not look bad, but our room was in the back. The front of the room was littered with all sorts of trash overflowing from the trash can. Even the parking spot. "Clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Proximity to the beach was excellent. Plenty of parking. Bar/restaurant was nice- healthier/ vegetarian options would have been helpful. Parts of the property are under construction right now showing that they are really trying to improve it."

"We booked two rooms. One room had comfortable beds while the other room had atrocious beds. While it is a non-smoking facility, everything smelled of smoke. The staff was very nice and helpful."
