"The Hotel Indigo is my go-to when visiting my son, a junior at SCAD. The staff are very pet friendly and accommodating. The location is great for walking the historic area and it’s an easy walk across Bay Street to get to a green with loads of friendly squirrels to charm your dog. "

"I want to start by saying the property was nice and the staff were great. However, there was a lack of attention to maintaining the basics. For example, our toilet kept running if you didn’t lift the handle back up and the toilet seat was broken. Little things like that makes a big difference. "

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located to many places in Savannah to walk to. It’s a nice property. Staff is friendly and attentive. The beds however, need to be updated. They are not very comfortable at all. Pillows are nice but mattress are hard and creaky."

"The hotel was good it’s in a great location and the rooms are spacious with everything you need . The breakfast Buffett was good offering choices of both hot and cold food and drinks , the staff were helpful and courteous. Overall our stay was good the concierge was very helpful . The only negative was the reception staff who were not very engaging and quite curt just wanting to get things over and done with .Not very welcoming and not a smile to be seen , disappointing as they are the first point of contact when arriving at the hotel "
