"Would have given it a 5 star review,but my room never went below 78 degrees,went to bed hot woke up hot.I know it was super hot outdoors but I thought the room could have gotten colder. The lobby and dining room were nice and cool"

"Cool hotel. The lobby had a sewage smell which is unfortunate because the restaurant is part of the space. Bar/restaurant service was not good. Couldn’t get service and left to eat somewhere else."

Sleep Inn & Suites at Concord Mills
"Staff was quite pleasant, but the condition of the property was awful. The mattresses were on top of plywood. Stains on the comforter, bathroom so bad we couldn’t even shower. Safety and security is not a priority with all doors that are supposed to be kept locked at night were left propped open"
