"Fabulous room with a view. The staff were very attentive. One thing that was lacking was the availability of coffee. There are no coffee places open before 8 am, the hotel does not provide lobby coffee and there is an espresso machine in the room that provides teeny amounts of not great coffee."

I liked all the details and thought put into designing the room, the bathroom was so nice with the extra amenities and the bed and its linen was so comfortable. I didn't want to leave. I appreciate the little bonuses of coffee selection and bath salts on my room's floor, and also the breakfast pastries in the morning. I hope I can stay here again!"

"It’s very convenient from HND and also to get to Shin-Kansen. Also has several restaurants nearby, so I can get to hotel, eat and rest before getting on the train the following day. Staff is excellent and the breakfast buffet is very good. The room is very clean and quiet. "
