No complaints about the room or service. The staff not only stored my bag, but they also took it to my room for me. The location is a few minutes away from the train station. The onsen water was not clean in the evening, so perhaps that could be improved. Overall, I would stay there again.

The shops and Fujisawa station were close by (Conveniant store across the road directly in front if the hotel was great for snacks). Staff were very helpful and understood english very well

I was very surprised that hotel room is such big almost 40sqm. The hotel room facilities and walls are very new and clean. Parking is located in Level 3 by using elevator. The staffs are very nice. My mobile phone charger is USB C type for iPhone, the hotel and staff provide me the power converter and USB charger. I am really appreciate for staff’s patience' service

It is a short walk from the station and there are restaurants along the way and several convenience stores in the area (in addition to the stores at the station). It is very clean. The hotel staff made our stay very easy and pleasant. The laundry facility and drink vending machines were great. It was very convenient for my family.

スタッフは感じがよく、遅いチェックインでも事前に預けた荷物を部屋に部屋に入れておいてくれて助かりました。 部屋が清潔でアメニティも不足なく静かな環境でよく眠れました。 お風呂は小さいながら疲れを取るのにじゅうぶんです。
