"Two story home with two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. There's a tiny sink located upstairs in the hallway which was odd. The sink has no hot water but the shower does. No biggie. The house is clean but the couches could use a good wash. Ample space downstairs in the kitchen and dining area.
