"What a fantastic place, the owner can not do more for you. From the moment you realise what’s behind the gate to the hidden access to get to the pool. I’d stay here again tomorrow. We travelled with two you children who were over the moon to be here. You’ll feel welcomed from the moment you get here to the moment you leave. Breakfast was lovely and the dinner and vineyard recommendations were spot on. All I can say is, if you are looking to stay in this area stay here!!"

"Lovely stay in a beautiful, historic chateau! The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was lovely, and we felt like we were stepping back in time! Breakfast was a lovely way to start every morning before heading out to explore the beautiful Loire Valley. Highly recommended!"

"Well located in Amboise. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the Loire. We had a studio so didn’t take the breakfast option. Parking is paid per day. On arrival it took us a little time to locate the road - it’s quite a narrow 1 way street, though that’s not unusual in Amboise! So best to check your route before arrival. We always found a parking space when arriving but it was not peak season - I suspect it might be trickier in high season when the place is full. Plenty of Restaraunts within easy walking. The studio apartment has a basic kitchen - microwave, fridge, kettle and sink - so adequate for organising breakfast. So in summary, good location, adequate parking (though might be tricky in peak season) and the studio apartments are comfortable if somewhat basic."

"Olivier was an exceptional host! Incredibly welcoming, gave us a tour of the hotel and our rooms, called the restaurant to make dinner reservations for us that evening and gave us several other recommendations. Poppy (dog) was so sweet, my wife wanted to take him home with us. The rooms were HUGE and perfectly decorated. I only wish we set aside time to walk the grounds / park across the road/stream. This by far was our favorite stay in all of France! We highly recommend! "

"Rather grand hotel, right in the centre of Loches, which is a beautiful town. Free parking directly outside the hotel. Numerous bars, restaurants and shops within 5 minutes' walk. Excellent stop-over but leave time to explore Loches itself."

"Beautiful, and cared for property. Staff were very helpful and wonderfully friendly. Pool area and rooms were a bit dated but very clean. Castle walking distance, would stay here again!"
