Nice hotel

Really nice hotel in the middle of Louche. Lovely comfortable room. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was fine. The service was excellent, especially Ryan in the Bar.

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and a convenient location. The staff were particularly helpful and the bar and restaurant were lovely. Some elements of the room were a little dated but overall a really lovely stay.

Beautiful place to stay with outside terrace and bar. The spa was lovely, although the pool a little cold The bar and terrace was closed the second night we were there for a private function, disappointed we wouldn’t use it and no other provision was made for residents to have a drink. There is a large restaurant area and some of this could have been used.

Great property in a very convenient square close to town centre. Free parking at front of property. Lovely terrace to have both breakfast and dinner. Wonderful choice for breakfast to suit all tastes. Dinner was ok, starters delicious but both mains were lacking. Lamb was chewy and fish overcooked and lacked seasoning. Good wine list. Staff very friendly and helpful with good sense of humour. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was in a beautiful building. Staff were professional, attentive and organised. We ate in the hotel and had a lovely set dinner choice with a perfect wine recommended. Breakfast was not great, especially for €19 per person, but that was ok in the overall stay. We’d happily stay there again and would recommend.

This is my new favourite hotel in France, great reception team who sorted a problem out for me, nice restaurant with great staff, comfy beds, it was so nice I made a stop on the way home, Loches is a lovely town as it’s so alive, can’t wait to visit again, thank you .

Good hotel in lovely town.

2 night stay. Loches is a wonderful town. Hotel is very clean and front desk service excellent. Room was very clean and well equipped. Did not have breakfast but did have evening meals in the restaurant. Food very good if a bit pricey. Only 4 stars as service on last night in bar and restaurant was very slow and staff were seemingly disorganised. Rooms pricey as not including breakfast but a good base to stay.

A beautiful property in a great location in the center of Loches, a medieval town. The rooms were adequate but could have had a few more amenities for a 4 star hotel. The hotel seems that it needs to be better managed: welcome at the reception was not great, there were no more towels at the spa and in the room, the shower stall could have been cleaner in the corners.So all in all it could be an amazing hotel but it lacks some key components still.

A gem in Loches

Fantastic location in there heart of the beautiful small town of Loches, with views towards the Royal Citadel. Our room had a huge balcony with the same fantastic view as from the main terrace, perfect for a late in-room breakfast. Modern decor inside a beautifully restored 19th Century building. We purchased our tickets for the visit at the hotel and walked to the site. We had diner outside on the terrace, very good cuisine, service is a but junior and not all are English speakers. I am always hesitant when I see "Best Western" in front of a hotel in France, but now I understand the "Premier" brand. 100% recommend.

The staff is always wonderful. The pool and sauna area are fabulous. I haven’t done breakfast yet. I always enjoy sitting at the bar. The kids loved the game room. It’s so central and very comfortable and the beds are fantastic. The only thing that could be a little better is having the TV switch Abel into English language When there are programs on TF one in English. Fantastic hotel, and really pretty.
