"The Hotel Benois was very conveniently located across the road from the beach. Lots of eating options nearby as well. The staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was very good with a decent variety of options. The rooms were very comfortable. Staying in Galissas is perfect if you want that beach experience yet it was a quick 15 min bus ride into Ermoupolis with the bus stop across the road. "We were travelling as a mother & daughter and enjoyed our stay. Checkin was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious with a newish ensuite and we had the use of a large terrace which was pleasant in the evenings. The hotel was conveniently situated to town and the port. "

"There was a range of foods -we honed in on fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt etc. coffee made to your preference. Meat seemed to be processed. Staff were quite attentive and kind and compensated with help with luggage on precarious stairs. Soap dish shattered in shower when I grabbed at it. Shower was most roomy and easy to use on our trip.
