"Front desk staff was great, my rating for staff is for the manager who tried to tell me he didnt have any bath tub stoppers. The first room i was given was dirty the floor had crumbs everywhere, the lights were flickering non stop, and bath tub stopper was missing.I went to the front desk and asked for a new room which the ladybwas very helpful and gave me a new room.I go and take my items to the new room and try to relax and take a bath and the bath tub stopper was missing from the second room...

"From the valet greet to the reception champagne glass and energetic and warm welcoming hospitality. We couldn’t ask for a better way in to the hotel. Everybody was top tier with warm smiles. Made our stay worth while. This was our first time in Omaha and they definitely made us wanting to come back for the stay. Thank Farnam and staff for all that they do! 5 star across the board."

"Upon arrival the TV did not work.Called the front desk 4 times and no answer. So I took the remote control to the front desk and exchanged it for another one. Still didn’t work. At 9:00 pm the front desk said they could have a maintenance person check it later. I asked for a discount but the manager refused since we didn’t want to wait until after 10pm for a maintenance person. Terrible service especially since I have been a rewards member for a dozen years."

"Non of our phones would connect to the internet even though we normally have no issues. The hotel ironically offered internet for a charge. The parking garage was so full people were parking along the sides because there were no spots. I think they should dedicate specific spots just for the hotel guests. "

"Staff is incredible -- helpful, friendly, accommodating. Not only did we have a wonderful stay in a great location, but the staff made the difference for us from every other hotel.
