"Our room was on a floor with a youth hockey team. The young boys ran through the hallways, yelling and screaming, and banged on our door well past 10 pm. We called security twice but they were not able to stop the kids.The hotel allegedly could not move us to another floor despite the fact when we checked in the staff joked with the couple ahead of us saying "Let's make sure you're on a higher floor because there are hockey teams on the lower ones." The same staff member checked us in and did not do that for us. We were unable to get a refund or voucher for another stay because we booked through Expedia.and not the hotel. I will never use Expedia again. "

"We arrived on time for check in 3:00PM, but was informed by manager that my room wasn’t ready due to short staff, staff had a death in the family. The manager said it should be ready in 20 minutes, The time is now 3:25PM. I asked the manager again, was the room ready, she told me, “that the room needed to be inspected. I said did anything happen in the room ? She said,No! after the rooms are clean there policy the rooms need to be inspected. Finally, the room was ready at 3:46. We entered the room checked things and notice the TV wouldn’t turn on so we called the front desk and they sent a tech to check. He noticed, it needed to be reprogrammed that took in additional,45 minutes. Then, I went into the bathroom and noticed there wasn’t a new Kleenex box, nor tissue roll and an empty bodywash container. So I called the front desk again and they sent them up to our room. So was the room attended and inspected. Our last day, we got on the elevator to go to breakfast, smelled the bacon on the way and was looking forward to eating some. However, it looked different, was shredded, looked dry and tasted like paper. Overall, I enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi, gym, the staff was polite, the stay was nice, and was a very clean hotel, "

"The room was not cleaned properly. There were someones clipped fingernails all.over the florr ehich means it wasn’t vacuumed. There were also stains on our blabkets and sheets. I have a 9 month old and was not able to put him on the ground to crawl due to the floor not being vacuumed."

"Staff was not friendly they don’t except all forms of payment so make sure you see who they expect "

"I was only there to sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location was convenient."
