"The only things I liked about my stay were the breakfast and the location, especially the staff working during breakfast time, who were helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The other staff members were not helpful, and I had to take care of my own luggage. Even the reception staff were acting strangely during check-in, which I was not expecting at all. Overall, I would say the breakfast and location were the only positive aspects of my stay. Unfortunately, the service and check-in experience did not meet my expectations."

"Staff is very friendly, and the hotel is unique and well situated in Munich (20 minute walk to the main square). My only negative is that we booked a 1 bedroom suite, and it is NOT a 1 bedroom. It is a studio suite with a bed and a sofa bed in the same room. It should not be advertised as a 1 bedroom suite."

"Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, centrally located and only a few Minutes walk from Munich hbf. Hotel was clean, mini bar in our room was well stocked with complimentary soft drinks. Our only criticism was that the pillows were very soft, and when we asked reception for more we were told there were no extras available. We had to use towels to prop up our pillows which I wouldn’t expect from any hotel!"
