"I booked this room on Expedia and received confirmation in the morning of my reservation. At 6 PM I went to check in and was told my reservation was canceled. Of course, all they had were the Jacuzzi rooms which were more than double the price that I was quoted. I had to call several hotels to find one that had a room. I had an event that I had to be at at 8 PM and had to really scramble and was very stressed afterward. Just terrible"

"Rugs in the hallways had not been vacuumed, the floors were tacky when walking on them, the bathroom had not been vacuumed as there was hair on the floor , the hand towels were red stained, washcloths with holes in them and the shower was slimy. Never mind the tiniest bar of soap ever and it had no suds when wet. Will not frequent this hotel again when traveling. Positive note, the front desk ladies were very courteous and pleasant. "Room was large, clean other than the fridge still had some drinks left from the last people. Standard king room with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom only had a window with only shower screen between it and the rest of the room which is weird. All in all it’s great value for what they charge. "
