Fabulous boutique hotel, circa 5 min walk to the waterfront. Beds are so so comfy and the freshly cooked breakfasts will keep you going all day long. The staff can't do enough for you and if we return to Victoria we would definitely choose this hotel!!

A comfortable, clean and well presented hotel in a convenient location with helpful and friendly staff. In addition, an excellent restaurant serving delicious food and a very good selection of beverages. Overall, a superb hotel that is value for money and of a high standard throughout. I would strongly recommend a stay at the Magnolia. I thoroughly enjoyed mine.

My one bit of advice if arriving by car is to ready the instructions provided by the hotel as my phone satnav did try to direct me via a route down Yates Street that was not possible. The Hotel mentions this as a likely problem - though doesn’t actually explain the correct route - basically you need to be on Wharf Street to access the short Spur of Yates street that takes you to the car...
