"Walked into a stifling environment temperature wise. Alerted management team at 4:26 p.m. and when we returned at about 10:00 p.m., the attached picture is what the thermostat showed. It was about 4:00 a.m. before the condo cooled down to low 70’s and where we were able to get a couple hours of sleep. So two night stay and the first one was basically a wash. I was also quite concerned that two of the windows were unlocked upon our arriving into the unit."

"The apartment was clean, quiet for a downtown area, and had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. It was within walking distance to the convention center. Parking was always easy to find. There were some nice touches, like bathrobes. We would use again."

"The property itself was good. Had some issues with the sinks not draining, to which the property manager was responsive. There were a few areas that weren’t adequately cleaned, such as the oven and the shower. The main issue we had with the property was that it is located along a busy bar street and the windows/walls are paper thin. Expect to get very poor sleep.
