"The airport shuttle can be challenging but not very difficult way to many work getting done at the airport that blocks the way to make it easy to get to the hotel.
The room head shower was not working properly no water was coming out and it was late.
The bathroom was way too small, was not even easy to use the toilet as it was in both facing the wall with no room at all. "

"Hotel was perfect for us. Basic and comfortable, really good breakfast (best hotel scrambled eggs!), shuttle for Disney just across the street- to get there we walked from the Val d'Europe train station through the Val d'Europe Commercial Centre shopping mall- doable if you're travelling light-wouldn;t want to carry heavy bags that far. Good restaurant options at the mall- and a Lidl if you want to do more self-catering than we did. Super convenient, good value, zero complaints"

"Great hotel for kids, so much for them to do.
The rooms are not the cleanest the carpets need a good hoover. Bathrooms clean but tea/coffee toilets tools etc not replenished you need to ask for more.
The shuttle bus is terrible, 1 bus to 4 hotels so everyone pushes and shoves to get on. This unfortunately does put you off going back to such a great hotel.
I did however really enjoy our stay, the swimming is just great along with the softplay and outdoor play area.
Breakfast is basic but does the job for what you pay. "
