I read the reviews on this hotel and they did not describe it accurately. My friends and I checked in, went into the room, (smelled like mildew and wet towel) and immediatelyd booked a new hotel. We made the choice to lose our money and go to the new hotel because it was not worth our safety. I did not get a refund but I didn’t expect to because when I booked, it said non refundable. Do not stay here if you are a women or a solo traveler. The man at the front desk was very rude and off putting, and I didn’t feel safe staying there."

"Although a good budget business hotel - there was an issue with the heating - and the rooms very hot with no cooler fresh air - sleep quality was horrible as a result. Bed and pillows comfy - shower had great pressure for long hair, cool little Self serve snack bar was good."

They did their best to serve me bread without glutein. The room was rather simple but it was clean and the view was awesome. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but If you are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price, right at the heart of Hamburg, you must put this one at the top of your list."
